In addition to identifying this talent in one's employees, Dr. Subhash Chandra implied, the next logical step would be to nurture this talent. He emphasized that every company these days has some form of program designed to nurture its rising stars, and with good reason-these high-achieving individuals can have an enormous impact on business results.
