The entries are valid for second schedule only. We will keep you informed
of the forthcoming schedules.

Participant should be a resident of India. |

Participant should be over 18 years of age. |

There is no entry Fee |
| 4 |
Entries are only by Competition Post Cards or through
the prescribed Websites with details of (i) Name of the Participant,
(ii) Date of Birth, (iii) Occupation, (iv) Telephone Number with STD
Codes and (v) Email ID, if any. |

Zee Telefilms shall not be responsible for any entries
being delayed and / or not received on account of postal delays, misplacement
and / or Website errors |
| 6 |
Employees and the families of the Essel Group of Companies,
its associated agencies, Producers of the Game show and its various
sponsors, the Advertising Agencies and members of their families are
not allowed to participate in the Game Show. |

Zee Telefilms reserves the right and discretion to reject
entries, which in their view have been manipulated or are not genuine. |
| 8 |
Taxes, if any, applicable on the reward money shall be
borne by the Winners only and Zee Telefilms shall not be liable for
the same. Zee Telefilms will deduct tax at source, as may be applicable
at the time of payment. |
| 9 |
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Courts in Mumbai only.
